Occasionally if your order weighs over 2KG we may be charged extra by Parcel Force.
Please place your order by following our checkout procedure, and we will call or email you if we need to request a contribution towards the extra delivery, you can then go ahead or cancel your order as you wish.
What happens when items are out of stock?
We try really hard to ensure our website reflects our current stock levels, however occasionally we do run out of popular items.
If you selected an item which is out of stock, we will call or email you to confirm this, where possible we will give you an anticipated delivery date.
You can then chose to wait for the item, or to cancel your order, as you wish.
If you have ordered several items & one or more is out of stock, we will send the items which are available to you straight away.
We will also email or call you to let you know of any items which are out of stock, again you can chose to wait for the item, or to cancel them from your order, as you wish.
Could I be charged twice for the delivery of my order?
No, there is only one delivery charge per order, even if your order is delivered in several packages.
