Christmas Shopping at Hike Bike & Ride

This year at Hike Bike and Ride we have some fantastic gifts for those who enjoy pedaling, walking, skiing & generally larking around in the great outdoors!

To make things a little easier, there is free delivery on all orders to the UK & Northern Ireland, & any items bought between 9th November & 23rd December can be exchanged until 29th January 2010.

We recommend that orders are placed as early as possible, ideally before Friday 18th December.

So we can deliver them as quickly as we can.

During December all orders over £30 will be delivered using Tracked Royal Mail, Home Delivery Network & Parcel Force.

Orders under £30 or placed before December will be dispatched orders using Royal Mail 1st Class or Parcel Force.

Deliveries

Free Delivery to UK & Northern Ireland

  • We offer free delivery, on all orders to the UK & Northern Ireland.
  • And there is no minimum order quantity.
  • All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class, 1st Class Recorded or Parcel Force 48hr, depending on the order value & weight.
  • On occasions, such as during postal strikes, we may also use Home Delivery Network.

Collection

  • If you wish to collect an item, please follow the usual online ordering process, and enter 'Collect' in the Delivery Address box.
  • We will email you to confirm that your order is ready.
  • When you have received our email, please pop in Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm & Saturday 10.30am to 4pm.

European & International Delivery

  • A standard shipping charge will be added to your order (following our checkout procedure) for European & International deliveries. The price is calculated on weight:

    Up to 1 KG             £5
    Up to 2 KG             £10.

  • Apologies, but we are currently unable to ship orders weighing over 2KG to addresses outside the UK & Northern Ireland.

    - An email will be sent to you shortly after placing your order.

  • Can I have things delivered to an alternative address?
    - Yes, simply enter the address as you pass through our checkout.

  • What happens when items are out of stock?
    - Occasionally we do run out of popular lines. When this happens, we will contact you, confirming an anticipated delivery date. You can then choose to wait for the item, or to cancel your order as you wish.
    - If you have ordered several items & one is out of stock, we will dispatch all available items. We will contact you, confirming an anticipated delivery date & you can then choose to wait, or to cancel as you wish.
